ShopGlowsy (“we”, “us”) operates the ShopGlowsy marketplace, seller dashboard, and ShopGlowsy Seller mobile app. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account data: name, email, phone number, business/store details, and login credentials (passwords are stored hashed).
Commerce data: orders, products, payouts, wallet balances, withdrawal requests, and customer-facing store content you publish.
Payment data: payment references and transaction metadata processed through Paystack. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Device & app data: push notification tokens, device type, app version, and diagnostic logs when you contact support or when errors occur.
Usage data: pages and features used within the seller app and dashboard to improve reliability and security.
How we use information
Provide seller tools: storefronts, orders, fulfillment, earnings, withdrawals, and notifications.
Process payments and payouts through our payment partners.
Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and keep the platform secure.
Improve products and fix bugs.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the service: payment processors (e.g. Paystack), email delivery providers, cloud hosting, and analytics/security tools bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction records as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute resolution purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@shopglowsy.com. Some records may be retained where required by law.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
ShopGlowsy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
