Fulfil orders promptly and honour stated refund/return policies
Keep account and payout information accurate and up to date
Comply with applicable tax, consumer protection, and business laws in your jurisdiction
Buyer responsibilities
Provide accurate shipping and contact information at checkout
Pay for orders in good faith and raise disputes honestly
Not abuse returns, refunds, or chargeback processes
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate this policy. We may withhold payouts, remove listings, or report serious violations to payment partners or authorities where required.
